Junior After Sales Administrator

Full Time / Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Junior After Sales Administrator.   Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918. From playground design and engineering to sales and installation, our comprehensive range of playground services would not be possible without the experienced and diverse team at the heart of Wicksteed.   OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD Have excellent telephone manner Be able to keep calm under pressure Be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously Prioritise workflow Have excellent attention to detail Be able to problem solve effectively Possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Maintain exceptional communication skills YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE To deal with customer enquiries, identify parts/services required, raising of quotes and prepping orders received. To work with the Customer Services Administrator to ensure the efficient processing of complaints, Take & Fit and remedials and that full back up is provided during busy periods and periods of absence such as holiday and sick leave.  Liaising with customers, internal departments and contractors and being able to identify what assistance is required and process as necessary. To collate and maintain a spares library in conjunction with other members of the After Sales team to ensure the efficient and accurate quoting of spare parts. Ensuring computer records are well maintained. Working with all departments to implement preventative measures to stop reoccurring remedials/complaints. Co-ordinating requirements with our factory. To carry out miscellaneous tasks, as directed by the Senior Aftersales Administrator, and/or Head of Customer Services and/or Company Directors. Bid Coordinator

Full Time / Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Bid Coordinator. Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE should • Have experience of bid writing preferred • Have excellent written and presentation skills • Have the ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met • Have project co-ordination skills • Have excellent attention to detail • Be able to problem solve • Have teamwork and collaboration skills • Have excellent communication skills • Numerate YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE • Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines • Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information and documents for bid preparation • Produce high quality written and visual tender submissions • Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects including sourcing pricing • Respond to PQQS • Ensure the tender specification/brief has been adhered to, making suggestions and offering cost effective    solutions • Liaise with other departments to gather information for submissions and bid library • Self and peer review of submissions • Any other duties as directed by a Supervisor, Manager or Director WHAT WE OFFER Attractive salary Pension scheme Access to offers and services available through HR software and our lead trade body. Office Assistant

Part Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Office Assistant. Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE should • Have excellent telephone manner • Prioritise workflow • Have excellent attention to detail • Be able to problem solve effectively • Possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills • Work well as a team as well as individually YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE • Maintaining stock levels of stationary, paper, ink, franking and goody bag supplies. • Assembling postage boxes, laminating and chopping the drawings, printing tender/quote submissions and collating together for posting. • Giving relevant paperwork to other departments. • Uploading Social Value evidence onto relevant portal and managing the tracker. • Categorising product photos. • Keeping the printer room tidy and organised. • Putting together goody bags for Social Value/Events/Adhoc Requests. • Support for exhibitions i.e. packing goodies, brochures, printing relevant paperwork. • Uploading product specification/installation sheets and case studies to the website. • Keep a log of merchandise stock. • Managing our sales inbox and distributing emails. • Filtering company calls and transferring to relevant staff. • Completing company information questions on tender paperwork. • Any adhoc duties delegated by Supervisors, Managers or Directors.
