After Sales Administrator

Part Time

Location: Kettering Contract Type: Part-time / Permanent Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday (20–30 hours per week). Start and finish times to be agreed based on contracted hours. One-hour unpaid lunch break included Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918. Due to our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised & motivated After Sales Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated After Sales department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient post-sales support and continuing the exceptional services we pride ourselves on delivering to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This role will be reporting to the Head of Customer Services. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD • Have an excellent telephone manner • Good computer skills • Be able to keep calm under pressure • Be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously • Prioritise workflow • Have excellent attention to detail • Be able to problem solve effectively • Possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills • Maintain exceptional communication skills YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE • To deal with customer enquiries, raising of quotes and prepping orders received. • To ensure the efficient processing of after sales orders and ensuring full support is provided to the after sales department during busy periods and periods of absence such as holiday and sick leave. • Liaising with customers, internal departments, and contractors. Group Digital Marketing Manager

With a rich heritage dating back to 1918, our group – including Wicksteed Leisure, Playtime by Fawns, and Russell Play, is synonymous with quality, innovation, and inspiring play experiences. From design and manufacturing to installation and maintenance, we bring playgrounds and public spaces to life across the UK. As our Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful digital campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads across our three established brands. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE • Proven experience in PPC and SEO with a track record of driving significant growth in high-growth consumer brands. • Strong expertise in A/B testing and conversion optimisation. • Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track and improve performance. • Ability to manage large marketing budgets and deliver against KPIs. • High-energy individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. • Proven success scaling digital marketing efforts for high-growth consumer brands with measurable results. Manufacturing Cost & Pricing Analyst

Full Time / Permanent

Location: Kettering,  Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent Reporting to: Finance Director and Operations Director Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday - 8.30am – 5pm We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Cost & Pricing Analyst to join our team. You  will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all product costing and pricing  across the Wicksteed Leisure portfolio. The role works closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure cost accuracy, competitive supplier pricing, and commercially sound decision-making. This position is key to driving profitability, supporting product development, and ensuring Wicksteed Leisure maintains competitive and commercially viable pricing. Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure  equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining  playgrounds since 1918. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE • Background in finance, commercial analysis, costing, or similar within a manufacturing  organisation. • Comfortable analysing large amounts of data across products and product groups. • Strong Excel skills and a good eye for detail • Confident communicating across multiple teams • Commercially minded with a proactive, organised approach • Experience in manufacturing/engineering, ERP/MRP – ideally Sage200. YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Product Costing & Analysis • Ensuring costings are updated promptly following design changes, supplier updates, or  operational improvements. • Supporting Sales and Finance with cost-based pricing recommendations and margin analysis. • Providing clear, concise costing reports to management. Supplier & Procurement Support • Working with Procurement and Operations to benchmark material and component costs. • Supporting supplier negotiations by providing cost breakdowns, alternative material  analysis, and price-comparison data. • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, or improved commercial  terms. Commercial Insight & Decision Support • Preparing gross margin reviews, and product profitability reporting. • Supporting new product development with forecast costing and margin analysis. Data & Systems Management • Reviewing BOMs to ensure consistency and accuracy across products and ranges • Maintaining costs and pricing on Quotewerks software • Validating time standards and labour inputs by collaborating with Production & Operations  teams. • Ensuring BOM accuracy and support engineering with updates when required. Workload & Task Management • Managing workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear. • Driving improvements in costing processes, documentation, and controls • Working collaboratively across departments, acting as the key point of contact for costing  queries. Location: Kettering, Contract Type: Permanent Reporting to: Bid & Quotations Team Leader Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday - 8.30am – 5pm Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918. We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating, preparing and submitting high-quality bids, tenders and proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to produce compelling submissions that showcase Wicksteed’s expertise, value and creativity. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE • Previous experience in bid writing, tender coordination or proposal development (desirable) • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure • Commercially aware, with the ability to interpret specifications and pricing information • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with structured documents and visuals YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE • Coordinate and lead the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines. • Manage the end-to-end bid process on high-value and complex tender opportunities. • Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information, documentation and technical content. • Produce high-quality written and visual tender submissions with clear value propositions. • Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects, including sourcing and validating pricing. • Respond to PQQs, SQs and other pre-qualification questionnaires. • Interpret tender specifications/briefs, ensuring compliance and offering cost-effective solutions. • Work with senior management to develop bid strategy, win themes and differentiators. • Maintain and develop the bid library with standard responses, case studies and templates. • Analyse feedback from tender outcomes to drive continuous improvement. • Perform any other duties as directed by a manager or director.
