Sales Office Administrator

Full Time / Permanent

We are looking for a conscientious, outgoing and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure. We require oral and written communications to be of a high standard. We offer a large and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress in the future within the company, full training is always given. Hours are 8:30am till 5pm with 1 hour lunch unpaid.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and email.
  • Administrative support to our external Area Sales Managers.
  • Completing quotations.
  • Processing orders.
  • To liaise with other departments in order to satisfactorily handle enquiries.
  • To enter and action sales leads and opportunities proactively and progress where necessary.
  • To take responsibility for keeping accurate and up to date customer database records.
Essential skills:
  • Good time management
  • Hardworking, methodical and organised
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • To work individually but also as a team player
Desired skills:
  • Sage skills will be advantageous but in house training will be provided
