Wicksteed - worth waiting for! - Education Show Preview
There will definitely be more than a touch of Spring and Summer about Wicksteed's stand next March at The Education Show. Stand No. B210, 11th to 13th March 2004, NEC Birmingham.
Nursery Rhymes multi-play system for the under 5s will be on show, conjuring up images of toddlers at play in the sunshine. There are 5 units in the range specially designed to suit differing budgets; by choosing from 26 imaginative play features, Wicksteed will also help you design a bespoke Nursery Rhymes adventure for your group of children.
A Fantasy Funrun exhibit will attract customers catering for a very wide age-group. This fitness trail is suitable for 5 to 16 year-olds as well as children with a broad spectrum of ability. Fantasy Funrun is modular. So you can choose from one of 8 combinations proposed by Wicksteed or design your own course; select from daredevil features like Tightrope Walk and Alpine Crossing or go for low-level play modules that encourage all youngsters to have a go whatever their ability, or just mix 'n' match!
What better name than Tropica to brighten up the early Spring when you visit the NEC? Another masterpiece of modular multi-play, the Tropica range is very flexible, spanning an age range from 4 to 8 years. Of the 14 suggested designs, 2 are for the under 5s, 7 are suitable for inclusive play and 3 have features intended for children with special needs. Will it be Tahiti or Hawaii for your children in 2004?
Wicksteed understand the special nature of play and exercise in the educational environment, to the extent that they produce a special brochure dedicated to schools. Designed as an introduction to the vast portfolio of Wicksteed sport and play equipment, 'Learning Curves' is an informative guide for experienced purchasers as well as for those selecting play and sport installations for schools for the first time.
As always, Wicksteed are bound to have something new and inspiring to reveal to you at the show as well. Committed to constant product development and innovation, they can't yet predict what it will be!
