This project funded by WREN, Community Spaces & Playbuilder was for a Toddler/Junior Play Area and a Senior Play Area to include selected fixed play items, plus landscaping elements including natural boulders, climbing rock, planting, etc.
Our design included the enhancement of existing undulations in the landscape, selective planting of trees, inclusion of a Wicksteed Rockscape for budding mountaineers, together with natural boulders, timber totem poles, etc, - resulting in a truly natural environment for the children of Wakefield.
