Always something new from Wicksteed:
Always something new from Wicksteed - SALTEX PREVIEW APRIL 2004
Wicksteed Leisure’s development programme gives birth to a constant stream of new concepts in play and sports equipment. Among exhibits for SALTEX 04 will be the Wicksteed Revolution Roundabout, just one example of Wicksteed’s ‘revolutionary’ approach to integrated play.
A 2.5m diameter heavy-duty roundabout, Revolution entertains people from just 5 years old to adult, catering for a large range of abilities. Tried and tested, the unit is installed flush with the ground for wheelchair access and has a designated Wheelchair Station. Inward-facing surround-support seating allows other children or carers to join in.
Wicksteed will be revealing additions to their popular ranges of modular play systems, too. Stimulating new ideas will see the light of day at SALTEX. They will enable customers to comply with the anti-discrimination legislation coming into force in October, whilst still entertaining and challenging non-disabled youngsters.
Tiger Cubs, Little Angles and Dream & Vision are among new exciting ranges for younger children from Wicksteed that will hit the market in time for the September Show.
The ever more demanding needs of older children are never forgotten by Wicksteed, who will be taking the wraps off Teenage Park. It’s a multi-play modular marvel that meets the ‘designer’ expectations of today’s teenagers, whilst offering customers the quality they expect from the UK’s No 1 in play equipment.
